This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Laundry Butler Pte Ltd collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Laundry Butler’s website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Laundry Butler Pte Ltd.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain app related activities.
We collect Personal Data from you in the following ways:
(a) Personal Data which you voluntarily provide to us. For example, you may provide your Personal Data or Personal Data of other individual(s) to us when you:
• complete a user profile or registration forms (such as your name, contact information, bank account name, bank account number along with other identification information, where needed);
• provide information to assess your eligibility to provide services as a Provider, which may include data indicating the validity of your vehicle, a copy of your driver’s license and your vehicle log cards;
(b) mobile device information, such as operating system version, device type, and system performance data; and
(c) data collected via tracking technologies, as fully described below in this section.
We may also combine the collected Personal Data of an individual with other Personal Data of that individual that is in our possession. If you have or are a party to multiple relationships with us (for example if you are both a User and a Provider (as defined in our Terms of Use), we may link any Personal Data collected from you across your various capacities to facilitate your use of our Service and for the purposes described below at section 3.
All the information required in the open text fields during the account registration process is mandatory. Any failure to complete that information or any response Laundry Butler considers abnormal may result in Laundry Butler refusing (or being unable) to process your request.
You agree that any Personal Data you provide about yourself or on an individual’s behalf to Laundry Butler is current, accurate, complete and unequivocal.
Sensitive Personal Data
Some of the Personal Data that we collect may be sensitive in nature. This includes:
(a) any identification numbers or passport numbers; or
(b) bank account number(s).
We collect this information only with your consent and/or in strict compliance with applicable laws and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We also take additional security measures such as ensuring sensitive Personal Data are encrypted, to prevent external or internal parties from accessing these data.
Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Applications, such as your native actions that are integral to the Applications, including creating jobs, accepting jobs, completing jobs, as well as other interactions with the Applications and other Users and/or Providers via server log files.
Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date, billing address and the last four digits of your card number) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Applications. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect.
Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, which may include but is not limited to PayNow, Paypal, and/or Stripe, and you are encouraged to review their respective data/privacy policies and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Applications to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings, but we strongly encourage you not to do so as we usually only send important notifications that are crucial to your smooth usage of the Applications.
Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth; camera; contacts; microphone; sensors; short message service (“SMS”) messages; storage; and other relevant features required for you to use the Applications. If you wish to change our access to these features, you may do so in your device’s settings, but we strongly encourage you not to do so as we usually only send important notifications that are crucial to your smooth usage of the Applications.
Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Applications. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings, but we strongly encourage you not to do so as we usually only send important notifications that are crucial to your smooth usage of the Applications.
Tracking Technologies
Laundry Butler uses technologies such as cookies, web beacons, tags and scripts to enable a service to recognize your device when you access the Website and/or Applications. This allows you to avoid having to provide the same data several times during one task.
We may use local storage, such as HTML5, to store content data and your preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on the Products also use HTML5 to collect and store data. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5.
Third-Party Data
Information from third parties, such as personal information, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the App permission to access this information.
From time to time, we may also partner with third parties, such as Facebook and Google, to manage our advertising of the Applications and/or Service on other sites or platforms as well as across your other devices based on your past visits to our Website. Our third-party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather data about your activities within the Products to deliver such advertising to you, such as retargeting ads. We are not always able to respond to do-not-track signals. You may opt-out of receiving ads across devices by adjusting your ad preferences in your Google account.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
While we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing the Service to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request.
